Withdrawal Request Email Statement:

I, (your name), would like to withdraw my child (your child's name as listed in the system) from Bouie ES on (date).

He/She will be attending (Full name of school and/or name of county he/she will be in if school is unknown)

The registrar will be able to withdraw the child once the email and ID is received and issue an email confirmation. Please allow 24-48 business hours for withdrawal process. Once school starts, no withdrawal(s) will be complete without the child's school issued Chromebook being returned or paid for. (issued soon)
